Queensland Yachting Association
The QYA is the representative body for yachting in Queensland. It assists nearly 200 Queensland sailing clubs, classes, and training centres in the administration of the sport of sailing.
The Queensland Maritime Museum
The Queensland Maritime Museum was founded in 1971 and now features an Exhibition building presenting historic sailing ship models together with Merchant shipping, from early cargo ships to modern container ships, tankers and cruise liners.
