If you are going to Cancun - DO NOT STAY AT THE OMNI CANCUN. We went with 2 couples 25-30 age range. Even though we were all inclusive, every single time you wanted a drink or food etc you had to sign a bill, print your room number, print your name. This whole process took up to 10 minutes for each time we ordered a drink! This hotel had terrible food. We were all inclusive and we had to go to town to eat every meal. The hotel also had NOTHING to do. No activities by the pool. NOTHING - no ping pong, no pool tables, nothing.
The spa was very dirty, dirty toilets, strong pee smell, and no soap in the shower. They were also very stingy with towels. Bad experience at the spa. Terrible experience at the Omni Hotel in Cancun
