Cornwall Park Trust
The park is renowned for its landscape design and its wide selection of mature trees. It is centered on a volcanic cone, One Tree Hill, with many interesting geological features. A pre-European Maori fortification (pa) was built on the cone.
Howick Historical Village
Howick Historical Village is a Living Museum which recreates a British immigrant village of the Fencible settlement in Howick, Auckland, in the 1850s. It is located in Lloyd Elsmore Park in Manukau City and is 35 minutes drive from downtown.
