Claremont Motorlodge Review
Hastings, New Zealand

1 / 5 Star Rating
My daughter and I stayed at the Claremont Hastings earlier this year. Having stayed there many times previous. When I made the booking I asked for a room I knew, and was told it was arrival. On arriving I was given the key to another room which wasn't up to the same standard. I was told to "take it or leave". So I choose to leave only to be rung and told if I didn't come back my credit card would be charged. I did stay, but was made very unwelcome. I will not return, and due to family living in the area, I am a frequent vistor to Hastings. My extended family also has now moved their bookings to another motel.
