Speed Limits
Speed Limits on local roads outside of towns are 80 kph (50 mph) and expressways and motorways are 90 kph (55 mph).

During the winter months, when conditions are often bad, speed limits on many roads are less than summertime. In most Scandinavian countries, there is a general speed limit of 50 km/h (30 mph) inside towns.
